How do I request work and get updates on work in progress?
On Stellites PMS you can easily create task and assign to developer. you can get update of task on comment so all task can be aligned of what comment/conversation is going on them.
Is my employee can add task in PMS?
With PMS effort we give one user ID for each package. You can request for more client ID for PMS so your employee can manage whole PMS just task creation as per permission you want to set for them.
Will I get notifications in email?
Client ID will be LinkedIn to your email id, and you will get email as per your preference. Cool thing is that you can reply to that email and that will be added as comment to direct that task.
Can I use my own PMS?
As Managed resource, Our PMS is complimentary. As per own policies many digital agencies use their own PMS, and we make sure that professional onboard fully on your PMS and work as per your process.
Is there a way to check project plan, resource plan and future planning?
Our PMS will have Gantt chart and many other reporting methods to check project progress, or more than one project progress and you can make future planning right from that screen.
Can I invite my client in PMS?
Our PMS is very flexible, if you want to invite your client and make something so they can see their only project progress.
Is there any way to do fast communication in PMS?
With PMS we also use Slack where you can professional will be there for any fast communication or quick call. You can use your own slack if you have already.
Can I make/do automation in PMS?
Our PMS is very big in terms of automation you can create automated task creation, updating or transition. You can discuss with resource coordinator they will create all automation, so you do not need to work that.

White Label FAQ's

Can I make resource to use my company email?
Yes, you can give credentials, or your company email and they will use that only for all work. They will not use their own email id for your work.
On staging server Can I make that staging domain should be only my selected domain sub domain?
Yes, If you are using our server to site creation you can point out your domain to that server then developer will create staging site using that domain.
What if client mail to developer?
Developer will work as per your instructions if you instruct to not reply on mail then they will not do anything. If you want that developer reply as your company support person, then they will reply as per that.
What will be Stellites email id of developer.
Stellites do not give Satellites' email id to developer. We give white labeled email id that can be used without knowing its Satellites' professional or not.
Can I make that developer use my name everywhere instead of them.
You can instruct anything as developer work for you. Developer use your name or their name or any other name.

You can discuss with resource coordinator, We work with business relations so resource coordinators will try to manage in such a way that your workload can be handled by same professional or same position other professionals.

What do I do to make sure QA is testing?
We will make sure that QA is working. We have created a process so QA will come before closing task to test.
Can I make specific automated report that I can send to client every end of the month?

Can I make resource plans?
You can create resource plan or project plan in PMS.
